Our Mission & Approach
We believe harm reduction is love in practice. We meet neighbors where they are — with supplies, respect, and peer connection. Our goal: reduce harm, share resources, and create belonging for people left out of traditional care systems.

We provide sterile supplies and confidential safe disposal resources to reduce bloodborne diseases like HIV and Hep C. Our low-threshold approach ensures people can access what they need, judgment-free, to stay as healthy as possible.

We offer free naloxone (Narcan) kits and training to anyone in the community—participants, family, friends, and local businesses. When you’re trained, you’re empowered to save a life.
